「ノー」を「イエス」に変える魔法の言葉。

1、なぜ？と聞いてみる。──拒絶の理由を知ることができる。

2、相手の猜疑心を自分から口にする。──相手が抱きそうな疑念をこちらから口にすれば信頼が得られノーをイエスに変えられる。

大事なのは拒絶と向き合い受け入れること。
逃げずに向き合うと新しいドアが開かれチャンスが広がる。
